It is held rather than ticketed, which keeps the price to a fraction of a flown fare. The record itself is real; only the flying is optional.

A consulate or airline that finds a mismatch between what you submitted and its own records doesn’t treat it as a missing paper — it treats it as misrepresentation, which can shadow an applicant into every future application, not only the one on the table. That is the real cost of the cheaper fake.

One flight reservation covers the whole travelling party — you don’t pay per person from scratch. The first traveller pays ₹399 incl. GST ($5); every traveller after that on the same trip is ₹299 incl. GST ($4).

Alongside the form, passport, photos and proof of funds, most consulate checklists ask for a return or onward flight reservation and proof of accommodation for every night (Visa Code Art. 14 and Annex II), plus travel medical insurance of at least €30,000 valid across the Schengen Area (Art. 15). These are part of the file, not all of it — each consulate’s own checklist decides the details.

The timing is set in the same regulation. You can apply up to six months before you travel, and, as a rule, no later than 15 days before — the consulate then has 15 calendar days to decide, extendable to 45 for a closer look.

We are built around asking for less, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. It collects only what’s needed to issue and deliver your order: traveller names, date of birth where insurance requires it, and the email and WhatsApp number your documents go to.

If your order needs a KYC document — only for insurance — our team asks for it separately, and Aadhaar or PAN numbers are never stored in plain text.
