1. Who we are and what we provide

SureshotTravel (a brand of Pro Lifeset Overseas Private Limited) provides genuine, GDS-verifiable flight reservations, hotel reservations, day-wise itineraries and travel insurance arranged through a licensed IRDAI partner — documents commonly requested with visa applications. Every reservation we issue is a real booking with a reference you can check at the source (the airline’s own website or CheckMyTrip). We never produce fabricated tickets or PDFs.

2. No visa outcome is promised

Our documents support your visa application; they do not and cannot guarantee a visa. Visa decisions rest solely with the embassy, consulate or immigration authority. This service is separate from any visa-consultancy licence held by our group.

3. How bookings work

Bookings are arranged one-to-one with our team on WhatsApp (+91 91155 80911). Prices are shown on this website and confirmed in the chat before you pay. Once your reservation details are confirmed we send a secure Razorpay payment link; your card or UPI details are processed inside Razorpay’s PCI-DSS-compliant checkout — never by us, in the chat or on this website.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate traveller details (names exactly as in the passport, dates, route), to use the documents honestly in genuine applications, and to check your reservation details on receipt. Misuse of our documents — including altering them — is prohibited and voids any refund.

5. Reservation validity

Flight reservations are held on live PNRs. Hold duration depends on the airline and fare and typically ranges from 48 hours to several days — we will tell you the expected validity for your booking in the chat. If a reservation lapses before your appointment, contact us and we will re-issue it as covered by our Refund Policy.

6. Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service. We are not liable for embassy decisions, appointment outcomes, airline schedule changes, or losses arising from information you provided incorrectly.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Patiala, Punjab have exclusive jurisdiction.
