Orders placed Monday–Saturday, 10:00–18:00 IST are usually delivered in the same chat within minutes. Outside those hours, first thing the next working day.
Free re-issue if dates move
Appointment shifted or the itinerary changed before submission? Send the new dates and the reservation is re-issued, as set out on each product page.

Per-traveller pricing is applied automatically. Say whose name goes on the GST invoice: yours, your client's or your company's.

One link per order. We never take card details or OTPs in chat.
Receive, check, hand over
Documents arrive in the same chat. Look them up with the airline, hotel or insurer before you attach them to the file.
Volume, billing and priority: agreed case by case.
If you send files regularly, talk to us about partner access. Volume pricing, centralised monthly billing, priority handling of your files and referral arrangements are each agreed case by case with you after we understand your volumes and the destinations you work with. We do not publish partner rates on this page because they depend on what you actually send.

What we are, and are not.
SureshotTravel is a brand of Pro Lifeset Overseas Private Limited (CIN U52291PB2024PTC060508), a registered Indian company that issues travel documents. It is not a visa consultancy and does not file applications, give immigration advice or predict outcomes. The visa decision is the consulate’s or immigration authority’s alone, and no document we issue changes that. Where a destination’s official checklist does not name a document, we say so rather than sell it to your client. Our verify-or-refund promise applies to every reservation: if it does not resolve with the issuer, you get a re-issue or a refund.
