Refund Policy

1. The verify-or-refund promise

Every reservation we issue must be checkable at the source. If your flight or hotel reservation does not verify on the airline’s own website / CheckMyTrip (or the hotel’s confirmation channel) while it is within its stated validity, you are entitled to a full refund of what you paid for that document — or an immediate free re-issue, your choice.

2. How to claim

Message us on WhatsApp (+91 91155 80911) with your booking reference and a screenshot of the failed lookup. We first re-check at the source; if it genuinely does not resolve, we re-issue or refund. Approved refunds are issued through Razorpay to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3. What is not refundable

A reservation that lapsed after its stated validity window; visa refusals or appointment outcomes (our documents support an application — they cannot guarantee a decision); traveller details you supplied incorrectly; and documents that were altered after delivery.

4. Insurance

Travel insurance is issued by our licensed IRDAI partner; cancellations and refunds of a policy follow the insurer’s own policy terms, which you receive with the certificate. We will help you route the request.
