Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. What we deliver

Everything SureshotTravel sells is a digital document: flight reservations, hotel bookings and travel insurance certificates for visa applications. Nothing is shipped physically, and there are no shipping charges.

2. Where it is sent

Your documents and your payment receipt are sent to the email address and WhatsApp number you enter when you place the order. Please check both are correct before you pay — we cannot deliver to details we were not given.

3. When it arrives

Our team prepares each order by hand. Flight reservations and hotel bookings are usually delivered within minutes during office hours (Monday to Saturday, 10:00–18:00 IST). Orders placed outside office hours are delivered when the office opens on the next working day. Travel insurance certificates are issued by our licensed insurance partner and sent to you as soon as the insurer issues them.

4. If something has not arrived

Check your spam folder first. If you have not received your documents within 24 hours of paying, message us on WhatsApp at +91 91155 80911 or write to us through the contact page with your order number (it starts with “ST-”). We will re-send the documents, or refund you under our refund policy if we cannot deliver them.

5. Changes after delivery

If your travel dates change, tell us on WhatsApp and we re-issue the reservation for the new dates as described on the product page.
